At Zaya Gokarna, we believe booking your beachfront stay should be simple, transparent and worry-free. Our refund and cancellation policy has been created to provide clarity while ensuring a fair experience for every guest.

Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an official booking confirmation via WhatsApp or Email from Zaya Gokarna.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment for the same reservation
• Cancellation within the eligible cancellation period
• Property unable to honour the booking due to unforeseen operational circumstances

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• No-show reservations
• Early check-outs
• Cancellations outside the eligible cancellation window
• Incorrect booking information submitted by the guest

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will always be processed back to the original payment method.

Estimated processing time:
5–10 Business Days
depending upon the payment gateway or banking provider.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their booking up to 7 days before check-in to receive a full refund.

Cancellation Within 7 Days

Bookings cancelled within seven days before arrival may incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's stay.

No Show

Guests failing to arrive without prior notice will be considered a No Show and the booking amount may become non-refundable.

Booking Modification

Changes to reservation dates are subject to room availability and prevailing room rates.

Force Majeure

Refunds, booking modifications or rescheduling requests arising due to natural disasters, government restrictions or other unavoidable circumstances will be reviewed individually.
